I appreciated the beautiful surroundings and the convenience of being just a short walk from Burford Church and Kilkenny Lane Country Park, making my evening strolls delightful and enriching. I would have loved to stay longer to explore more of the area's charm. As a single traveler, I found the room very comfortable, clean, and warm, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

We stayed for a night in a Very Comfy King size Room, which was freshly refurnished and perfect for relaxation. Enjoyed delicious dinner with a great selection of beers. The bar vibe was superb with many locals around. A highlight was the magical cricket ground nearby, perfect for a leisurely stroll after dinner.

The decor was charming, but the hand shower arrangement caused the bathroom to flood.

We stayed 4 nights in a cozy room overlooking a lovely garden. Breakfast was delish with loads of choices, and dinner exceeded pub food standards! Just a bit of a bummer when some rowdy guests at the bar got a bit loud, which disturbed the vibe. Still a great spot for a quiet escape.

Dinner service was slow, taking three hours for three courses, which detracted from the experience. breakfast served in a delightful dining room made up for it, featuring homemade marmalade that was exceptional.
